Below is a summary of the process for ordering your stationery from us - we’ve tried to make it as simple as possible but if you have any queries please get in touch.

** Please note: We already have very limited availability for 2019 (we only take on a set number of orders to ensure that we can give each one the attention required!).

Please ensure that you book into the diary early to avoid disappointment. We normally get fully booked for summer weddings by Feb/Mar.**





Decide on your chosen collection, colour and work out the quantities for each item of stationery that you require (make sure to allow for a few spare invitations). If you would like to book into the diary for  your ‘On the Day’ stationery at the same time as ordering your ‘In Advance’ items, you should also decide on which ‘On the Day’ stationery items you would like and work out an estimate of quantities - these can later be adjusted by up to 25% up or down.  



Request a quote on our Quote page. We will then send you a formal quote together with instructions for sending payment (we require up front payment for your In Advance items plus a £50 deposit to secure the booking for your On the Day stationery). Once you send us your payment, we will let you know what information we require from you - e.g. Guest List, Guest Information Card wording etc.



Once we have your information we will send you a final electronic proof for your approval. You should aim to approve this within 48 hours.



We produce your gorgeous stationery! Our standard turnaround time is approx. 5 weeks* but in reality is often a bit shorter than this, especially for small orders. Packages will need to be signed for, so please ensure that you provide a suitable delivery address when you order - you may prefer to specify a work address or relative's address where there is likely to be someone able to accept a delivery.


And later on (if you have also ordered On the Day stationery)…



4 weeks before your Wedding date, contact us with your confirmed quantities for ‘On the Day’ stationery items. We then send you your final invoice and confirm what other information we require from you e.g. wording for Menus/Orders of Service  We must receive your payment, and the information requested, at least 3 weeks prior to your Wedding date so that we can get everything ready for dispatch in time for your big day.



* If you require your stationery urgently, we offer an Urgent Order Service for which there is a surcharge of 7.5% of your order value, minimum £20. This guarantees a maximum 15 working day turnaround from the date that we receive your payment, guest list (if required) and approval of proofs. This service is subject to availability and may not be available for very large orders - please contact us to check whether it is available for your order.
