When should I order my stationery?
It is a good idea to order your stationery at least 6 months before your wedding. We can get particularly busy in the summer months, so it is definitely best to book your order in as far in advance as possible! ‘On the Day’ stationery, such as menus and table names, must be ordered at least 15 working days prior to your wedding date to ensure that we can produce it in time.
Can I order items from different collections?
Yes, you can order as many items from as many different stationery collections as you like. For example, you may like the Pavane invitations, Foxtrot Table numbers and Masque table plan.
Do your designs come in different colours?
Yes, we can alter elements (ribbon/beads/stones) on many of our designs so that they
match your chosen colour scheme -
As a relatively small business, we can offer a very personal service when it comes to designing your stationery. We are more than happy to accommodate your ideas where possible, without charging you extra for it!
Can I request different font/wording in the invitations?
Yes, please see the 'wording options' and 'font options' sections to find your preferred style and specify this when placing your order or requesting your sample.
Do you charge for guests’ names to be printed on my invitations?
No, this is completely free of charge.
Can you print guests addresses on envelopes?
Yes we can certainly do this, and it can make your stationery look extra special. We make a small charge of 15p per envelope to cover the extra costs and time involved in printing these.
Can you provide stationery in different languages?
Yes, certainly -
How many invitations will I need?
The general rule is one per household. If a group of friends live together, it should be one per person/couple. We also recommend ordering two or three spare invitations, as people invariably find that they have last minute additions to the guest list!
When should I send my invitations?
Traditionally, they are sent out six weeks before your wedding. However, if your wedding is in a peak holiday period, it is safer to send them out at least two to three months beforehand (unless you have previously sent out Save the Date cards).
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order, and no maximum order.
How should I specify whether children are invited to the wedding?
If you wish to invite children, their names should be included on the invitation.
If your wedding is to be child-
Alternatively, we can include a short polite note on the invitation such as "Although we would have liked to include all children, we unfortunately only have capacity to accommodate children of close family members". This can be a tricky situation, but you will most likely find that most parents are secretly grateful for an excuse for a day out without the kids!
Should we order all our stationery at the same time?
As our stationery is bespoke and handmade, we often need to order various materials from different suppliers. We therefore recommend that you order all of your stationery items at the outset to ensure continuity of materials. We understand that you may not know exactly how many people will be able to attend your wedding until you get RSVPs back. Therefore, we just ask for an estimate of numbers for the purposes of the order, and a confirmation of final numbers a minimum of 15 days before the wedding.

I've left my stationery to the last minute -
If you require your stationery urgently, we offer an Express Order Service charged at an additional £15 per order. This guarantees a 10 working day turnaround from receipt of payment, guest list (if required) and confirmation of invitation wording. This service is subject to availability and will depend entirely on how many other orders we are dealing with at the time. Can we order from overseas?
Yes, we love to hear from couples overseas. Our delivery charges may be slightly higher if you live outside the UK, but we will provide a postage estimate when you place your order (or beforehand if required).
Can we cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order immediately (within 24 hours), we will provide a full refund. After this period, you will be liable for the full order amount. Once you have approved the wording of your stationery, orders cannot be amended.
Can we write guest names on the stationery ourselves?
Yes. We are happy to provide stationery with either a blank space or a dotted line to enable you to write guest names yourself. Please specify your preference when contacting us to place your order or order a sample.
Do you offer a bespoke design service?
Yes, if you have a theme in mind but have not found anything suitable in our existing collection, please contact us. We love to design new stationery ranges, so provided we can source suitable materials, we can create a personalised and unique design for you based on your requirements and send you a sample.
I ordered a sample from you a few months ago, but can’t see it on your website. Can I still place an order?
We change our designs from time to time to reflect current trends in design, fashion and the arts, and this means that we remove some of our older designs. However we are still able to produce them if you have previously ordered a sample, so please email us with your requirements.
What information do I need to include on my Guest Information Card?
Just give some thought to what information you would need if you were to be a guest at your Wedding. The most common information to include is a paragraph each on: Directions and full postal addresses of the Wedding/Reception venue(s), Accommodation, and Gift List.
