Ordering

 

We have tried to make ordering from HipTwist Stationery as simple as possible. However if you have any queries about any aspect of the order process, please do not hesitate to contact us at hiptwist@webplus.net.

 

The Order Process

 

Step 1: Decide on your chosen stationery collection, and the quantities for each item of stationery that you require (bear in mind that most people find that they need a couple of extra invitations, or you may wish to have an extra one as a keepsake). Quantities for On the Day items only need to be your best estimate at this stage and can be later adjusted by up to 25%.

 

Step 2: Download and complete our Order Form by clicking the link on the right. Please ensure that you sign the order form to confirm acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Step 3: Send your completed order form to HipTwist Stationery, 14 Fonthill Road, Hove, Sussex, BN3 6HD along with your cheque. Please see box on the right for details of what payment is required at this stage.  Alternatively you may scan in the order form and send your payment by bank transfer or Paypal.

 

Step 4: Once we receive your completed order form, we will confirm that we are able to accommodate your order (in the very rare event that we are fully booked, we will let you know and return your payment), and will contact you to confirm the font/wording/layout to be used for your stationery. If you have not ordered a sample, we will send you an electronic proof to approve.

 

If you would like guest names to be printed on invitations, we will then require your guest list and if you have ordered guest information cards, we will need to know what information you would like printed on these.

 

Step 5: Your ‘In Advance’ items are put together and dispatched to you.  Our normal turnaround time is 4-5 weeks*.

 

Step 6: At least 15 working days before your Wedding date, you contact us to let us know your final quantities for ‘On the Day’ items, and send us the details required (i.e final guest list for place cards and table plans, table names, and wording for Order of Service and Menus).

 

Step 7: Based on your final quantities, we will let you know the final balance payable (your £50 deposit will be taken off the balance). We must receive this payment  at least 10 days before your Wedding date.

 

Step 8: Your On the Day items are put together and dispatched to you.

 

Step 9: Enjoy your Wedding day and admire your beautiful stationery!

 

 

 

* If you require your stationery urgently, we offer an Express Order Service for an additional £15 per order. This guarantees a 10 working day turnaround from receipt of payment, guest list (if required) and confirmation of invitation wording. This service is subject to availability and may not be available during busy periods. Please contact us before placing your order if you require our Express Order Service.

Either:

Up front payment for full amount (recommended if you know your invitation quantities when placing your order); or

 

Up front payment for Save the Dates + £50 deposit towards invitations.  Balance payment and delivery charge payable when we start work on your invitations.

 

Save the Dates, Invitations*, and On the Day items

 

Either:

Up front payment for Save the Dates plus £50 deposit towards remaining items. Payment for invitations will be payable when we start work on your invitations. Balance payment and delivery charge payable when we start work on your On the Day items; or

 

Up front payment for Save the Dates and Invitations + £50 deposit towards on the Day items. Balance payment and delivery charge payable when we start work on your On the Day items.

 

Invitations* and On the Day items

 

Up front payment for Invitations + £50 deposit for On the Day items. Balance payment and delivery charge payable when we start work on your On the Day item.

 

Save the Dates only/ Invitations* only/On the Day items only

 

Full payment required up front, including delivery charge.
