Guest Information card: 12.5 x 12.5cm flat card printed on both sides if required.

RSVP card: 11cm x 8.cm, including matching envelope. Your RSVP address can be printed on these envelopes free of charge.  

Luxury Presentation box: approx 12.5cm x 12.5cm. Superior quality white box with lift off lid and tissue lining.

Place card: 11cm x 8.5cm folded card (freestanding). Also available in luggage tag format.

Order of Service

18.5cm x 11cm free-standing booklet format. Price includes printing of up to 8 inside pages, which is equivalent to approx. 4 A4 pages. For Mass Booklets or very long Orders of Service, an additional charge of £0.50 will apply.

Please note: Where you have a ‘script’ font such as Embassy or Edwardian script for your stationery, we normally use a plain font (e.g Georgia), for the inside pages of your Order of Service so that it is easy for your guests to read.

Menu

18.5cm x 11cm free-standing booklet format, including printing of inside pages.

Also available: Flat card menu. 22cm x 11cm. May be printed with guest names (free of charge) to double up as place settings.

Table Name/Number

Double mounted card. Available in portrait or landscape format. Portrait size:  12cm x 16.5cm, Landscape size:  20cm x 12cm.

Table numbers can be written as words (i.e Table One), words and numbers (i.e Table 1), or just a number (i.e 1).

Table Plan

Premium Quality Off-White Mountboard (coloured Mountboard available on request) with individually hand cut apertures for each table list and a header section with your names and wedding date.  

A3 Table plan:  42cm x  29.5cm. Fits up to 6 tables, or 4 plus a vertical top table.

A2 Table Plan:  59cm x 42cm . Fits up to 14 tables, or 12 tables plus vertical top table.

N.B Rococo frames have different measurements (see box on the right). For 14+ tables please contact us for a bespoke quote.
