




Delivery Information
Most of our orders are sent by Courier so that they can be fully tracked. Smaller orders may be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Our P&P charges for UK Mainland are:

Table Plan delivery*: £8.00
* Due to their size, table plans are normally sent separately to other items and require special packaging to ensure that they can be transported safely.
Delivery charges are PER ORDER. If you place your order for ‘In advance’ and ‘On the Day’ items together, only one delivery charge is payable. However if you order items separately a delivery charge will be incurred on each occasion.
Please contact us if your require overseas delivery. An additional charge may also be payable for delivery to Highlands & Islands of Scotland.
If you find that you need a couple of extra invitations after you receive your order, we will need to make a small additional charge of £3.50 for delivery.
Important Terms relating to delivery (Please see Terms & Conditions for full terms)
Deliveries will be sent to your invoice address, unless we are informed of a different delivery address at the time of ordering. Deliveries will need to be signed for upon receipt.
Orders may occasionally be completed within a few days of ordering . If you are going to be away at any time during the 4 weeks after ordering you should inform HipTwist so that these periods can be avoided for delivery.
You must make all reasonable endeavours to accept deliveries from HipTwist. If the
courier attempts to deliver your parcel and leaves a ‘While you were out’ card but
you do not contact them to arrange re-
The Lead Times quoted above and any delivery estimate given is an estimate only. On very rare occasions, delays caused by a 3rd party delivery agent or delays in obtaining materials from suppliers may cause the estimated delivery date to be pushed back . HipTwist cannot accept responsibility for this, but will keep you informed of progress.
We recommend that your RSVP date is set for at least 8 weeks after the date that you place your invitation order and at least 2 months prior to your Wedding Date .
HipTwist cannot guarantee delivery on any particular date. If you require stationery to arrive on a particular date we will do our best to arrange the delivery accordingly but cannot guarantee this.
To allow us to put together ‘On the Day’ stationery in plenty of time, and avoid problems in the case of any delay by a 3rd party delivery agent, we require you to send us the information for this stationery (e.g. guest list/menu details) a minimum of 15 working days before your Wedding date. If we receive the information after this deadline, we cannot guarantee that your items will be delivered in time for your Wedding.
If you require your stationery before your Wedding Date , you must inform HipTwist of this a minimum of 15 working days weeks before the date that it is required, and ideally at the time of ordering.
If you send us all required wording and approvals in accordance with the timescales above, HipTwist guarantees that your stationery will be sent on a service that ensures that they arrive before your Wedding date. However, cannot be liable for any subsequent delays on the part of a 3rd party delivery agent.
IMPORTANT: HipTwist cannot be responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of our control, such as postal strikes or adverse weather conditions. HipTwist shall not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses incurred by the customer arising out of any delays in delivery or damage or loss during transit.
